Our steers are grass raised along side their mommas until the last 100 days or so before processing. At that time, they are moved into a dry lot where we hand feed them a high corn ration supplemented with hay and mineral.
Our steers are hormone and antibiotic free and come from processing with USDA Inspection.
Quarter, Half, or Whole beef available for $5.50/lb of the rail weight.
Our price includes all processing fees. We will also pick it up from the butcher and deliver to you.
We require a $50 deposit up front to reserve you beef. The remaining balance will be due at time of delivery.
When ordering, please specify in the notes which month you would like yours. We have options for every month. I will contact you to work through a full cut list so your order is to your liking.
